I just placed an order, can I cancel it?
    • The customer is our priority. If the item hasn’t shipped yet we can certainly cancel your order. If the item has shipped, please refer to the Returns/Exchanges.

    I emailed customer service, how long will it take them to respond?
      • Please allow 1 hr for a customer service rep to respond. 

      I didn't receive an order confirmation email, did my order go through?
        • During times of high traffic, order confirmation emails may be delayed. If you received a confirmation number after checkout, then the order has been accepted. The confirmation should arrive within 24 hrs.  If it does not, please contact support@illegalapparelco.com

        I ordered from your online shop and need to return/exchange my gear?
          • Please refer to the Returns/Exchanges page for further instructions on how to complete the exchange process.

          How long do orders take to ship?
            • Products ship the following day. Orders will arrive in 3-5 business days.
