I just placed an order, can I cancel it?
I emailed customer service, how long will it take them to respond?
- The customer is our priority. If the item hasn’t shipped yet we can certainly cancel your order. If the item has shipped, please refer to the Returns/Exchanges.
I didn't receive an order confirmation email, did my order go through?
- Please allow 1 hr for a customer service rep to respond.
I ordered from your online shop and need to return/exchange my gear?
- During times of high traffic, order confirmation emails may be delayed. If you received a confirmation number after checkout, then the order has been accepted. The confirmation should arrive within 24 hrs. If it does not, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
